1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the duday platform at duday.org, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any person who interacts with the platform in any capacity. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not access or use the platform.

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and duday. Your continued use of the platform following any updates to these terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

Access to and use of the duday platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and continued use.
  • You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws applicable to your location.
  • You must not be excluded or self-excluded from online gaming activities by any applicable authority or self-exclusion scheme.
  • You must not be acting on behalf of another person for the purpose of gambling or wagering.

duday reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 18 will be suspended immediately, and any balances may be forfeited pending investigation.

3. Account Creation and Security

To access most features of the duday platform, you must register an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
  • Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate at all times.
  • Create only one account per person. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and may result in suspension of all associated accounts.
  • Keep your login credentials confidential and not share your username or password with any other person.
  • Notify duday immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. duday will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules

As a registered user of duday, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:

  • Use the platform for any fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity.
  • Attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit technical errors, or use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the platform.
  • Engage in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the platform's operations or the experience of other users.
  • Use the platform to launder money or process any transactions connected to illegal activity.
  • Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or entity.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the underlying code or systems of the platform.

Violations of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any remaining account balance, at duday's sole discretion.

5. Payments and Transactions

All financial transactions on the duday platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). By making a deposit or initiating a withdrawal, you agree to the following:

  • All funds deposited must originate from payment methods that belong to you. Third-party funding is not permitted.
  • Deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as specified within the platform at the time of transaction.
  • Withdrawal requests will be processed according to the verification and payment processing procedures in place at the time. Processing times may vary depending on the selected payment method.
  • duday reserves the right to conduct verification checks before processing withdrawals to comply with applicable anti-money laundering and know-your-customer obligations.
  • Any fees applied by your payment provider or bank in connection with deposits or withdrawals are your responsibility.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, duday and its operators, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of funds due to gaming outcomes, which are subject to chance and are not guaranteed.
  • Technical failures, interruptions, or errors in platform availability.
  • Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
  • Actions taken by duday in good faith under these terms, including account suspension or closure.

duday does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform and reserves the right to carry out maintenance, updates, or modifications that may temporarily affect availability.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

duday reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
  • Failure to meet eligibility requirements, including age verification.
  • Abuse of platform features, promotional systems, or technical errors.
  • A formal self-exclusion request from the account holder.

You may request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you following completion of any outstanding verification requirements, subject to duday's standard withdrawal procedures.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the duday platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and game interfaces — is the property of duday or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the platform's content without the express written permission of duday.

9. Changes to These Terms and Applicable Law

duday reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which duday operates. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant competent authority.
